This contemporary villa, just 3.5km from the pristine Adriatic coast, makes an ideal holiday destination for a family or group of friends looking for a relaxing break.
The semi-detached villa, sleeps 8 people in comfort and has a large outdoor terrace with a private pool and uninterrupted views over lush countryside to the sea. On the ground floor there is a spacious, airy living area with a two sofas and dining table for 8, with large French windows opening onto a covered balcony, overlooking the pool, with another dining table for meals al fresco. The modern kitchen, through an arch off the dining area, includes an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and kettle.
The large fenced terrace around the pool is ideal for relaxing, with sun loungers, parasols and chairs.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: A sunny double bedroom with a private balcony. This room has a classic double bed, wardrobe and views down to the sea. The table and chair on the balcony are ideal for breakfast or an evening drink watching the sun set.
Bedroom 2: This spacious room has a double bed, a large wardrobe and private balcony with a sea view. As with bedroom 1 the table and chairs make the perfect spot for relaxing.

Set in quiet countryside, just a 6 minute drive from the beach, this villa offers endless options for visitors. There are shops and supermarkets in nearby Tar, for easy shopping and several good local restaurants.
For families with children, the Aquapark Istralandia (20 minutes), makes an exciting day out.
The popular town of Portoruz is 45 minutes from the villa, and Pula, with its famous Roman ruins, is just under an hour away.
Pula International Airport is just a 45 minute drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of April 2024 to the 1st of November 2024 A damage deposit of 500EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
