This beautiful apartment has just been completely renovated, so everything is brand new.
Quiet and pleasant, it is very functional and located in a cul-de-sac (no traffic noise). With two double-glazed windows, it is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and comprises :
- bedroom with double bed
- a fully-equipped kitchen
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax in after a day's walking.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

Location
Paris's 11th arrondissement stretches from the Place de la Bastille to the Place de la Nation and the Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it is nevertheless homogeneous in the sense that it's a lively arrondissement, full of bars and restaurants, where there's plenty to experience.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, overlooking numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges and hospitals, as well as the Gare de Lyon, which brings a steady stream of travelers to the center.
