ROSE Vacances offers this renovated, gated house in a quiet location, with a sunny garden and terrace, close to the Ile d'Olonne marshes, its cycle paths and the Sauveterre beach and forest.
Sleeps up to 8 people.
Situated close to the village and all amenities (bakery, butcher's, chemist's), this house offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant holiday.
You'll enjoy a pleasant, light-filled lounge/living room/kitchen area opening onto the terrace and garden, with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV, WiFi and dining table with extension and 8 chairs.
A functional, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, induction hob X 4, coffee makers (Bosch filters + capsules). In the extension, you will have a storeroom with a second kitchen and a washing machine.
On the night side, there is a first bedroom with a 160cm bed, a cupboard and a chest of drawers, a second bedroom with a 140cm bed, a cupboard and a chest of drawers, a third bedroom with a 160cm bed, a cupboard and an adjoining shower room equipped with a shower, a washbasin, storage units and a towel dryer, and finally a study area with bunk beds (2X90).

You can take full advantage of the pretty, enclosed garden with trees and sunshine, with a terrace equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and gas hob.

You can park your car in the driveway of the house and you can also park for free in the street.
For your convenience, there are two bus stops not far from the house, near the town hall.
