Great studio for holidays in Praia do Vau, with balcony and sea view on the 5th floor. Sun exposure to the West and located just 500 meters from the sand of Praia do Vau.
Comprising entrance hall, bathroom with shower, kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, DELTA coffee machine and dishwasher, living room with sofa bed and double bed (1, 60 mx 2.00 m)
Air conditioning (cold and hot), cable TV (MEO FIBRA) and high-speed WI-FI.
Within walking distance of the apartment there is a supermarket and several restaurants.
NOTE: Only 3 people are admitted (including adults, children and babies).
- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
- Note that there is a municipal tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of November 1st and March 31st – EUR 1 per person, per night, not included in the total price and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between the dates of April 1st and October 30th – EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total price and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.
- Expenses for water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation).
The counts at entry and exit are taken to determine the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever it differs from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have to be settled by guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not regularized, the company reserves the right to withdraw the deposit amount.
