How to book ?
To find your holiday rental, you can use our search engine. You can use it in several different ways:
- Search by criteria: Choose your preferred criteria.
- Search by geo-localization: click on the map where you want to go, and discover the properties we offer.
- Search by a theme: Direct your search using a specific theme.
Once you have selected your criteria, the list of results corresponding to your selection will be shown. You can then refine your search in the column on the left-hand side of the results list.

- Pre-booking : After having selected a holiday rental property, you can pre-reserve directly on-line or by phone on 020 8819 9716.
- Your first payment (30% of the total amount of the holiday rental) : If you pay with a bank card (Visa or MasterCard) your reservation will be processed immediately. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send you an e-mail stating the total price. Your pre-reservation will only be processed on receipt of your payment.
- Booking confirmation and rental contract. : The rental is confirmed as soon as we have received the 1st payment and verified the availability of the holiday rental with our sales advisers. We will then send you your booking confirmation and your rental contract.
- Booking reference : After having paid the total amount and having signed and dated the rental contract, you will receive your booking reference via email. The total payment has to be paid 35 days before arrival. For all reservations made later, we will ask you to pay the total amount directly with a bank card.
We need your personal data in order to contact you. Please note that in accordance with etablished law your personal information will not be transferred to third parties.
If you can’t find any rental in the town or at the date of your choice, your search may be too precise. Click on „New search“ at the bottom of the search engine in order to reset your search.

Booking fees vary between 14€ and 20€ according to your means of payment:

After the payment is made on the Locasun website (down payment or balance), our advisors will transfer your booking demand to the residence that will confirm the rental's availability. If the rental is not available, we will do our best to propose you an alternative rental. If there is no suitable accomodation for you, we will refund your payment immediately.
Locasun is your partner for holiday rentals. If you book with Locasun, the rental contract is established between you and Locasun. All services that you expect in your rental are mentioned in the rental contract. And our travel documents inform you about everything you need to know!
