This new 130m² villa, located in the Phare district (400m from the beach and 1.8km from the town center), comprises on the ground floor a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, etc.) opening onto a 40m² living room with flat-screen TV and free unlimited wifi access; separate WC; a storeroom with washing machine; a master bedroom with dressing room and shower room with washbasin. Upstairs, a second separate toilet, a shower room with walk-in shower and double basin, and 3 bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed and a large closet. Outside, a large south-facing terrace with a private heated swimming pool open from May to September, patio furniture and a pétanque court. Private parking spaces and baby equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub, changing table) are also available. Pets are not allowed in the house. This rental is certified 4 clévacances and rated 4 stars.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of tenants.
