Arcachon - Quartier Pereire (very close to Moulleau), opposite the Tir au vol & 150m from the beach, large T5 duplex apartment of approx. 150 m² living space in a beautiful green environment.
The apartment comprises on the ground floor:
Entrance hall, open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, 3-burner induction hob, hood, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker.), a storeroom (washing machine, microwave), a living room opening onto a west-facing balcony with high ceilings (open fireplace, sofas, TV+WIFI, dining table for 6-8 people) and a master bedroom opening onto a west-facing balcony (2 x 90cm twin beds, closet) with bathroom (bath, 2 basins) and separate WC.
First floor:
A vast mezzanine (lounge area with sofas, armchairs, bookcase with books and board games, TV and DVD player), bedroom n°2 (2 beds 90cms), bedroom n°3 ( 1 bed 140cms ), bedroom n°4 (1 bed 160cms), a shower room (large Italian-style shower with basin) and a huge roof terrace of approx. 90 m² with furniture (table + 8 chairs, 2 garden loungers and ping-pong table, gas barbecue).
2 secure parking spaces in the residence + shared bike rack
Linen not provided, can be rented through agency, e.g.: 1 pack 140/160cm sheets + towels = 42€/week - 1 pack 90cm sheets + towels = 32€/week.
Housekeeping included.
In winter, heating consumption will be invoiced in addition to the rent according to meter readings.
