Magnificent three-bedroom apartment in a complex with a limited number of properties and luxury facilities. Located in the South Bay urbanization, in a fast-growing area with new construction and close to the port.
The apartment features the following amenities:
- 3 bedrooms, one with a 1.80 cm double bed and two with 90 cm single beds.- 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, both spacious and comfortable.- Fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances, induction hob, oven, microwave, juicer, iron, dishwasher and washing machine and all the accessories needed for cooking.- Refrigerator and freezer.- Smart TV.- Free WiFi.- Terrace with garden accessible from the living room and bedrooms.- Sofa, large and comfortable enough.
The complex has its own swimming pool where guests can swim and, above all, relax. The pool is open all year round (8 a.m. to 9 p.m., rest time from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.).
From the property, it's just a 5-minute walk to the port with good restaurants and a little further to Cristo beach. On Wednesdays, there's a street market, and on Sundays, there's a street market in the port of Estepona.
Nearby are the old bullring where bullfights are no longer held, but which is a historic venue for cultural events and museum visits.
Just 2 or 3 minutes away, you'll find a grocery store open 7 days a week until late, a store where you can buy delicious roast chicken and French fries, a pharmacy and a number of eating establishments..... The grocery offers fresh bread.
A little further on are a Lidl and a large Aldi. Walking in the other direction, there's a pretty Dia supermarket. Everything is close at hand for those who want to cook.
There's also a large Carrefour hypermarket on the other side of Estepona, about 3 kilometers away.
Estepona has undergone a major transformation in recent years to become the most popular seaside resort on the Costa del Sol. The charming whitewashed old town is decorated with colorful potted plants, and there are lively squares and narrow cobbled streets to enjoy the best experience. Andalusian.
