Ground floor: living room with lounge, dining room, open-plan fitted kitchen for sharing moments together. One bedroom with 4 single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be made into 2 double beds, a shower room, wc. Upstairs, two twin bedrooms (2 beds 90 x 200 cm that can be made into 1 bed 180 x 200 cm), two single bedrooms (1 bed 90 x 200 cm), shower room, wc. Outside, you'll find a terrace and a private enclosed garden with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs, etc. On site: pétanque, table tennis, badminton, soccer goal. Private, secure parking. To make the most of your stay, bed linen is provided, utilities are included (subject to good housekeeping) and end-of-stay cleaning is extra. In Mailly le Camp (5 kms), you'll find all amenities: restaurant, newsagent, car garage, chemist, supermarket, hairdresser, butcher, etc. Le Gite du Cerf is ideally located between Troyes and Reims, Épernay and Chalons en Champagne, in a small, peaceful village about 10 minutes from the A26 freeway. Estelle and Jérôme have renovated this house for family and friends get-togethers, set in almost a hectare of land (shared with Gîte des Marronniers). You'll love the wooded park and its fruit trees, bordered by the L'huitrelle river.
Entrance to the gîte is from inside the courtyard, with the door opening onto the road, which is closed and seldom used.
