Property for exclusive use
Large 300 m2 20th-century liberty-style villa, able to accommodate 13 people, with 5 double bedrooms, one with two extra beds and one with an extra bed, 5 full bathrooms and 1 for the disabled. Air conditioning in 5 bedrooms. The villa has an above-ground swimming pool, a large garden equipped with gazebo, deckchairs and sunbeds, an equipped loggia, a portable barbecue; it is surrounded by a vast wood for magnificent walks. Parking.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The villa features a large park adorned with oaks, cypresses, flowers and lemon trees in antique terracotta vases; it is partially cultivated as a lawn. The above-ground pool is in a panoramic position with a 360-degree view of the gentle hills dotted with vineyards. The rectangular pool measures 8x4 and is 1.30 meters deep. The solarium area around the pool is paved and equipped with parasols, sunbeds, deckchairs, a gazebo and a portable barbecue for grilling and small outdoor parties. The garden behind the house leads to the property's magnificent woodland, where you can enjoy beautiful walks and admire the towers of San Gimignano in the distance. Access to the property is via a magnificent cypress-lined driveway that leads to the villa. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
Villa Albertina has been tastefully restructured and furnished in typical Tuscan style. The structure opens on the first floor onto a large entrance hall, from which you enter the dining room and living room with a large fireplace, TV and access to the outside, well-equipped kitchen (decorative fireplace only) with a small laundry room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower (air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets), 1 bathroom with shower for the disabled. Climb the characteristic internal sandstone staircase to reach the second floor, where you'll find 1 double bedroom with private terrace and bathroom with bath (TV, air-conditioning), 1 double bedroom with private terrace and bathroom with shower (TV, air-conditioning), 1 double bedroom with 1 additional single bed and balcony and bathroom with shower (air-conditioning), 1 double bedroom with 2 additional single beds, private terrace and bathroom with bath (air-conditioning). All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and courtesy sets.
Position
The villa is set among the gentle hills of the Florentine Chianti, not far from a village, in a tranquil position with splendid views over the surrounding countryside.

On request and payable on site, we can organize cooking classes, dinners, domestic help and a baby sitter.

Activities and distances
The location is excellent, in the heart of Florentine Chianti, between Montespertoli and Certaldo. The many famous villages of San Gimignano and Volterra are also within easy reach, as are parts of the famous Francigena Way. Tours and tastings at Chianti farms and wineries, horseback riding and excursions.
