The gîte is not suitable for babies. Facing the beach at Pourville-sur-Mer, a comfortable studio/apartment with a sea view (10m away) and a great location in the heart of one of the most sought-after resorts on the Côte d'Albâtre. On the ground floor of a typical Normandy seaside house, the gîte benefits from a private flower-filled enclosed courtyard with its own entrance, garden furniture, sun loungers and electric barbecue. A former hotel once frequented by Impressionists. The pebbled, sandy beach (at low tide) is bordered by a pleasant pedestrian promenade. Sports enthusiasts can go windsurfing or surfing, or enjoy fishing on foot... The environment is calm and pleasant, with views of the cliffs of the Côte d'Albâtre on either side. Pets welcome (no cats): maximum 1 dog per stay (fee payable): all dogs are welcome, except categorized dogs.
