This apartment is located in a luxury residence on the 3rd floor with elevator.
It is composed as follows:

- A beautiful living room with dining table for 4 people, a convertible double sofa bed (bed 140cm), a foldaway double bed (160cm). The living room opens onto a large balcony with sea view, dining table for 4 and two deckchairs.
- A small, fully-equipped closed kitchen.
The residence has a collective parking lot at the foot of the building. The space is free. Should the parking lot be full, the low-traffic street offers plenty of parking spaces, making parking easy.
TV, wifi, air conditioning included.
Access
Travelers have access to the entire accommodation.
Interaction
Arrivals are between 4pm and 8pm. A member of staff will be on hand to welcome you and show you to your accommodation.
Please contact us at least 2 days before your arrival to arrange your arrival time so that our team can make the necessary arrangements.
Departures are at 10 a.m.
During your stay, we will be available to assist you by SMS, Whatssap, phone calls, emails or on site to ensure your stay runs smoothly.

Linen is included in the reservation. One set of sheets per bed on arrival. One bath towel per person on arrival.
Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
