For shared use: swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, volleyball, barbecue, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) (3 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.).
