This character house with exposed stone walls adjoining an unoccupied building will seduce you with its comfort, spacious rooms and private 50 m² terrace in front of the gîte with garden furniture and plancha. On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with sofas, a dining room, a 2nd living room with wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) with WC, a shower room and a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a 90cm bed and a private shower room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, a 2nd with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed, and a third with a 160cm bed and a 70x150cm bed) with en-suite shower rooms and separate WCs with washbasins. On the top floor is a dormitory with 6 90cm beds. Children's games are available in the adjoining 500 m2 private garden, and a further 6500 m² of gardens opposite the gîte can be shared with the owners.
