40 m2 house adjoining the owners' house. After 5 steps, you'll reach the "Géranium" gîte with reversible air-conditioning for 2 people, with an entrance to the kitchen (fridge-top, 2 induction hobs, microwave) opening onto the dining-living room with a convertible sofa, TV and Wifi internet connection. In this same room, you'll find a 140x190 bed, and you'll appreciate the quality of the independent bathroom with shower, sink and electric towel dryer (washing machine). Separate WC. On your return from your visits, you'll enjoy the 20 m2 unenclosed garden in front of the gîte, with garden furniture and gas barbecue. Baby equipment: cot and high chair on request. The gîte is close to the Dordogne river, ideal for outdoor activities such as fishing, swimming and canoeing, as well as hiking and cycling.
Come and share a moment with the owners' companions: donkeys, chickens, horses, cows and dogs. This gîte is the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries during your stay in Périgord.
