Large, unenclosed 10-hectare property in meadows and woods, close to the "vélo-route", between the Isle Valley (ideal for fishing) and the Grand Etang de La Jemaye, 11 km away (sandy beach with lifeguard surveillance in summer, children's play area, fitness trail, snack bars and restaurants), in the Forêt de la Double, close to the Chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle. 8 km from the Abbaye Notre Dame de Bonne Espérance in Echourgnac (monks and nuns make and sell fruit jellies and jams, and mature a cheese with walnut liqueur).
