An ultra-equipped terrace apartment, modern yet with the warmth of wood, a fully-equipped kitchen and comfort with meticulous attention to detail, this is the experience of a stay in the d' apartments. Breakfast included.
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, with its double bedroom and sofa bed. It has a magnificent terrace facing the town hall and the Jardins de l'Europe, with all the outdoor furniture you need for pleasant evenings.
The bedroom has a 160x190 bed and the living room a sofa bed.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including a Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by after a day on the lake or in the mountains; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is available in nearby streets (paying during the day, but free in the evening and on Sundays), or in the secure underground parking lot at the town hall (approx. €11 for 24 hours).
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 10pm, independently thanks to a key box. Instructions will be sent to you by e-mail the day before your stay.
Breakfast is delivered the next morning between 8am and 8:30am, right outside your apartment door.
If accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put your dishes back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your rubbish in the room under the stairs at the main entrance.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
