The Dolomites apartment is a magnificent 50m2 T2 apartment, recently renovated in wood and stone with high ceilings, located in the lively Old Annecy district, 5 minutes' walk from the lake and behind the Thiou canal. Sober and elegant. The apartment experience offers unique comfort and top-of-the-range amenities.
This apartment can accommodate 4 people, with its double bedroom and sofa bed. It is superbly located in Annecy's old town, in the historic pedestrian district.
The bedroom has a 160x190 bed and the living room a sofa bed.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, such as a Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet.
️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bathtub), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
After a day on the lake or in the mountains, there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is available in nearby streets (paying during the day, but free in the evening and on Sundays) or in the secure underground parking lot Sainte Claire (approx. €11 for 24 hours).
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 10pm, independently thanks to a key box. Instructions will be sent to you by e-mail the day before your stay.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put your dishes back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your rubbish in the room under the stairs at the main entrance.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
