This beautiful, bright apartment is ideal for 2 people, with a double bedroom.
It's located in the shopping district, a stone's throw from the lake and restaurants.
The bedroom has a 140x190 bed with dressing room.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate toilet.
️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bathtub), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Breakfast will be delivered to your door every morning from 8.30 to 9.00 if you order it the day before for the following day using the flyer in the apartment.
After a day on the lake or in the mountains, there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by, and you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 2-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
Parking is available in the Bonlieu parking lot at the end of the street (€11 per 24 hrs.), which is underground, secure and pay parking or street parking if available, pay parking every day during the day, free after 7 p.m. and on Sundays.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 10pm, independently thanks to a key box. Instructions will be sent to you the day before by e-mail.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put your dishes back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your rubbish in the room under the stairs at the main entrance.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
