The villa is located in the commune of Saint-François, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe known as Grande-Terre. Just a 45-minute drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, you'll need less than 5 minutes to reach the town of Saint-François, where you'll find all amenities: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fish market and night market.
You won't want to miss the famous Marina de Saint-François, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants and shop in the many boutiques. The Saint-François International Golf Club, Casino and Aerodrome are all just 5 minutes from your luxury villa in Guadeloupe.
Guadeloupe's most beautiful beaches (plage des raisins clairs, plage de Bois Jolan, and plage de la Caravelle) are just 5 minutes from your superb vacation villa. For water sports enthusiasts, the nearby Plage du Helleux offers surfing lessons for all levels, and Plage de la Caravelle is the ideal spot for kite surfing.
The villa is just a 15-minute drive from one of Guadeloupe's most visited sites: Pointe-des-Châteaux, facing the island of Désirade.
