Beautiful stone residence with fenced, flower-filled grounds of over 3,000 m², located 1h30 from Paris, 30 min from Orléans and 10 minutes from the first châteaux.
This hundred-year-old lady was completely renovated in 2023 in a modern style that respects her age. All bedding and linen are new and of the highest quality. The first floor is air-conditioned.
A real paradise for telecommuters, with high-speed WIFI (fiber) accessible everywhere, including from the deckchairs in the garden!
To put down your suitcases and forget about everything, there's plenty of entertainment on offer, including a games room with a home cinema and a pool table. A free tennis court is just a 5-minute walk away.
To complete your stay, massage and yoga classes are available in the house at an additional cost. A riding school in the village also offers a wide range of courses for adults and children. First floor: 55 m² living room with lounge, dining room and fully-equipped open kitchen, closet and separate toilet with washbasin.

Private parking with electric vehicle recharging socket available (16A 3.2kW, French plug). This property is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the stairs leading to the rooms.
