The apartment: Offers a view of the surrounding area and the sea, with access on foot at 300m. This renovated Studio apartment (equipped kitchen, shower) is located on the 1st floor out of 5, with elevator, in a secure residence. It has 1 bed (160 cm sofa opening on slatted rails), for a wonderful vacation by the Mediterranean sea. You can park in the private parking space in the residence or on the street for the duration of your stay, and explore the area on foot. *Dogs allowed on request - 30 euros supplement*.

The living room opens onto 1 large bay window where you can enjoy meals with family and friends on the loggia. Come and discover the local specialties: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte, La Gardiane de Taureau, La Rouille Graulène different from the rouille sétoise...
Kitchen: open to the living room, fully equipped (2 induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, Senséo coffee maker, toaster and kettle) with a table for 4 to 6 people to accommodate your meals and guests.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 pull-out sofa 160 cm, square pillows 65x65, comforter. Column fan *Sheets and towels will be provided on reservation at 20 euros for 2 people for 1 bed*.

Location: Ideally situated 500m from the shops and market in season (ice-cream parlors and restaurants, pharmacy, delicatessen, bakery, mini-market), around Le Vog cinema, 300m from Le Boucanet beach via access n° 10. This apartment is located on the right bank of Le Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers return from the fishing grounds via the canal (swing bridge) in mid-afternoon, and learn about the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up sales stalls along Quai Colbert...

and Europe's No. 1 marina, where sports delegations will be training and preparing for the Paris Olympic Games 2024.
