- Ground floor: spacious living room (sofa, table and 2 benches) with fully-equipped open kitchen opening onto a wooden terrace (Fermob-style tables & chairs with parasol and chiliennes) and lovely south-facing garden (with beach shower); guest WC with washbasin, master bedroom (1 x 160cm bed with en-suite shower room).
-Upstairs: large mezzanine opening onto the living room (3 90cm beds) and two bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed and cupboard - the other with twin 90cm beds), a shower room and separate toilet.
No private parking, but free parking available in nearby side streets.
Linen not provided, can be rented through agency, eg: 1 pack 160 cm sheets+towels= 42 Euros/week- 1 pack 90 cm sheets+towels= 32 Euros/week.
In winter, heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent according to meter readings.
