Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a summer vacation on the shores of Lake Annecy, Sevrier's ideal location combines peace and quiet with close proximity to shops (3 supermarkets, bakery, restaurants less than 500 meters away).
You're just a short pedal away from the cycle path linking Annecy to the other end of the lake, and the beaches of Sevrier.

The apartment is a T1 of 40m2, the living room combines a lounge/dining area and a bedroom area with very comfortable bedding.
It also has a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
Of course, you can also enjoy the garden facing the apartment! The charming owners live on the 1st floor of the villa.
Arrivals are from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. If the apartment is available earlier, our concierge can welcome you before 4 p.m., depending on availability. A supplement of €20 will be charged if you arrive after 9pm.
Check-out time is 10 a.m.
