With a convenient location that is less than a 10-minute stroll from the magnificent black sand beach, Playa la Nea, and under a 15-minute drive to the capital city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, this unique apartment offers easy access to all the natural beauty and adventures that the island has to offer.
The apartment
This modern, bright and spacious apartment is fully equipped with all the holiday essentials plus additional luxuries. You’ll love the hammock on the terrace, super-fast Wi-Fi, Chromecast, Netflix, food blender, Nespresso coffee machine, Whirlpool bathtub, outdoor BBQ, beach towels, snorkels, beach umbrella and yoga mats to name a few.
Open plan living room and kitchen
The open-plan living area is a sociable space with large sliding glass doors that lead to the terrace.
Get comfortable on the L-shaped sofa, browse through the multi-lingual book collection in various languages, play a game of chess or cards with your loved ones or watch some Netflix.
The kitchen is designed for foodies and cooking enthusiasts. Pour a glass of Tenerife wine and get creative with fresh local ingredients. You’ll find everything you need to cook up a storm, including:

Dine at the breakfast bar in the kitchen or at the dining table under the awning on the sunny terrace.
Terrace
Soak up the warm sun on the south-facing terrace with the sound of the ocean.
On the terrace, you’ll find two sun loungers, a hammock, a coal barbecue and a dining table with four chairs — perfect for evenings dining under the stars. There is also a wooden pergola with a seating area and a hanging macabre chair.
You can take a dip in the ocean or paddle in the rock pools (depending on the tide) a few steps down from the apartment. You will find steps directly into the ocean along the pedestrian coastal footpath along the village.
Main bedroom
The main bedroom (the star of the show!) has a comfortable queen-sized bed (150 cm x 200 cm) with four pillows, ample storage space for your personal belongings and large windows that open up to the below ocean.
Stretch out on the bed and watch the waves and the ever-changing tide go in and out. As night falls you’ll be amazed at how many stars you’ll see.
The master bedroom can be closed off from the rest of the home for complete privacy with sliding doors and opaque blinds. Convenient for an afternoon siesta!
Second bedroom/home office
The second bedroom is on a mezzanine level above the living area, accessible via a spiral staircase and open to the rest of the loft.
There are two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), built-in wardrobes and a peaceful work/study area with stunning ocean views.
Bathroom
Take a hot shower with a view of the ocean or soak in the whirlpool tub (perfect for easing those aching muscles after a day out hiking). There’s a toilet and a large sink with lots of space to store your belongings and feel at home.

Check-in / check-out
Our check-in time starts at 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. To make things more convenient for you, we will provide you with a code to the lockbox so you can retrieve the keys and check yourself in any time after 3 pm.
Online check-in before arrival
As per the current vacation rental decree (Spanish law), we kindly ask all guests over the age of 18 to submit their IDs before arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Towels, linen and professional cleaning
We take pride in ensuring that our apartment is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival.
We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them.
We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, and one beach towel per guest, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.
Mid-stay cleaning
If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.
Families
We warmly welcome families traveling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €25 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Remote working
If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.
Pets
We accept small pets only on request. There is an additional charge of €40 per pet, per stay. Send us a message if you want to bring your pet.
The local area - Boca Cangrejo
The village of Boca Cangrejo was originally a fishing settlement with natural caves carved into the volcanic slopes of the island. It is now a peaceful neighborhood where fishermen, craftsmen, artists and local families coexist.
Boca Cangrejo is quiet and residential but comes alive on the weekends with day-trippers from the city and divers who come to explore the ocean.
There is a beautiful black volcanic sand beach “Playa La Nea” a short 300-meter stroll from the apartment.
We recommend you hire a car for your stay. It’s a short drive to get your groceries with a Lidl, Mercadona And Carrefour supermarket just 7 minutes drive away.
The next village along, Radazul, is just a 15-minute walk, where you can go sailing, fishing, diving, snorkeling or have a drink or something to eat in one of its bars in the marina. There is also a small SuperDinosupermarket here.
We love the seclusion and the natural beauty of the area and we’re sure you will too. Boca Cangrejo is untouched by mass tourism but well-connected for exploring all that Tenerife has to offer.
