Welcome to Castiglione! A large, luxurious and modern Scandinavian-designed penthouse in San Pedro's best location, just a few meters from Puerto Banus and the beach!
To reserve this property, we require that at least 1 guest be 29 years of age or older and agree to all house rules. Castiglione is a well-maintained, upscale complex and a quiet family community where you can come to relax and enjoy the environment. It is not suitable for younger groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests are expected to respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is music or noise at inappropriate volumes at any time, and the quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests who want to book this bright, spacious penthouse located in a beach-front complex with direct beach access and within easy walking distance of everything! The promenade boardwalk is just outside and the nearest supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away, as are the restaurants you'll find around the corner. The center of San Pedro is just a 10-minute walk away, and Puerto Banus is a 10-minute drive from the apartment.
The San Pedro beach promenade also offers a wide choice of restaurants, and there are several playgrounds for children. The apartment itself is modern and fully decorated to a very high Scandinavian standard. It is spread over 2 floors and the large roof terrace features an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and Jacuzzi.
On the second floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms in different areas, all with en-suite bathrooms!
On the second floor, there's a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room decorated with luxury furniture and sofas as well as a TV and dining area. The large roof terrace offers an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and Jacuzzi, dining furniture, sun loungers and a sitting area. The apartment has fiber-optic Internet access and central hot and cold air conditioning. For people traveling with children or people who want to be close to the beach and not have to use a car all the time, this is the ideal location. There is an elevator in the building and 1 private parking space outside the property in the gated community. Guests also have access to the communal swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols provided in the complex. In this property, the maintenance agent Antonio comes in twice a week to water the plants on the terraces. He will enter the property with his own key and pass by the terrace. This service is mandatory when staying at our property.
Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi is closed and not in use from June 1 to September 1.
Check-in after 9 p.m. will be organized as an automatic check-in.
