Agrupadas is a well-maintained, high standard complex and is a quiet family community to come and relax and enjoy the environment. It is not suitable for younger groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests are expected to respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is music or noise at inappropriate volumes, and the quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests who want to book this elegant, modern apartment with Scandinavian design. Here, you're within walking distance of the central square and just a few minutes from Puerto Banus and the beach. Agrupadas is a beautiful, typical Spanish-style complex and a quiet family community. The apartment is spread over 2 floors and has a private terrace with no view of the neighbors.From the gate, there's easy access to the second floor where you'll find 2 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and the other bedroom has its bathroom right next door. There's a spacious open-plan kitchen/living room with dining area.
