To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of 29 and acceptance of all house rules. Los Naranjos is a well-maintained, upscale complex and a tranquil family community where you can come to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It is not suitable for younger groups or guests looking to party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests are expected to respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is music or noise at inappropriate volumes, and the quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am. But for relaxed guests wishing to book this beautiful, large one-bedroom apartment located in Los Naranjos, within walking distance of Puerto Banus and a 5-minute drive from the beach, it's an ideal place for couples or friends traveling together!
The property has a Scandinavian redecoration, offering guests comfort and fresh accommodation consisting of a large bedroom with TV, built-in closet and its own bathroom. The living room leads to the first terrace and upstairs you have the roof terrace for dining and barbecue. From this terrace, you have a beautiful south-west facing view of the gardens, communal pool and mountains.
Within the complex, there's a swimming pool and a supermarket (Mercadona) as well as cafés and restaurants. There's off-street parking and public transport (bus) just a few minutes' walk away.
It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as it is located on the second floor without an elevator. Swimming pool: The swimming pool is open seasonally from April 1 to November 1. Pool opening hours in this community are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Check-in after 9:00 pm will be organized as automatic check-in.
