To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of 25 and acceptance of all house rules. Señora de Aloha is a well-maintained, high-level complex and a quiet family community where you can come to relax and enjoy the environment. It is not suitable for younger groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests are expected to respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is music or noise at inappropriate volumes, and the quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests who want to book this large, modern, Scandinavian-designed duplex apartment in the best location in Nueva Andalucia, just minutes from Puerto Banus and the surrounding beaches! This bright and spacious three-bedroom duplex is just a few minutes' walk from everything. It's a beautiful open-plan three-bedroom apartment with a large terrace and combined kitchen and living room. It is spread over two floors, with a spacious master bedroom on the second floor with its double bed, en-suite bathroom, open-plan dressing room and rear terrace. The second bedroom is one level lower, with its double bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom also has a separate bathroom and another terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, connected to the kitchen is the living room with flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, dining table and access to the terrace. On the terrace, you'll find another dining table and a lounge. The apartment has fiber-optic Internet access and central hot and cold air conditioning.
