To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of 29 and acceptance of all house rules.
Sol y Paz is a well-maintained, high-level complex and a quiet family community where you can come to relax and enjoy the environment. It is not suitable for younger groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests are expected to respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is music or noise at inappropriate volumes, and the quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests who wish to book this comfortable southwest-facing apartment with an excellent location and within walking distance of all surrounding amenities and the beach.
As you enter, you have the open-plan living room with fully equipped kitchen. On to the spacious terrace where you'll find a dining table, barbecue and lounge for relaxing.
There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and their own bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a sofa bed which is recommended and usable only for children or teenagers. In total, this apartment has beds for 8 people in 3 bedrooms. This property has spacious bedrooms but limited closet space, two of the bedrooms offer 2 small built-in wardrobes and the master bedroom offers a drawer and hanger for clothes. In this room, the built-in wardrobe is not available.
As it is located on the first floor, you can directly access the community garden and from there the community pool. This is an excellent option for families looking for a comfortable and convenient vacation home in the heart of Marbella.
There is street parking in front of the door where guests can park. From this apartment, you can easily walk to Puerto Banus where you'll find the beautiful beach, stores, harbor and restaurants.
Check-in after 9:00 pm will be arranged as automatic check-in.
