Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, you've come to the right place. We want your stay with us to be as special and easy as possible, and the gite is carefully equipped with this in mind.
Our gîte in Ouzouer-sur-Loire is ideally situated between the Loire and the Orléans forest.
La Maison forestière, located at the crossroads of the Resistance, is a historic site of the Second World War. Visits and educational events are organized here. The Etang du Ravoir is a unique site, home to the Osprey nature reserve with its nests and observatory. Ouzouer-sur-Loire offers walkers numerous hiking, horse-riding and cycling trails, as well as a fitness trail.
The gîte is just 200 m from a supermarket, 500 m from the Etang du Cosson, 3 km from Dampierre-en-Burly (château), 7 km from an aquatic area (with aqua-ludic beach, Splash pad and Pentaglis...), 10 km from Sully-sur-Loire and its château, 15 km from Gien and its château... 116 m² house for 8/10 people, comprising first floor: living room with sofa bed, dining room, open-plan fitted kitchen, separate toilet, laundry room, closed garage. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 3 with 1 x 160x200 cm bed and 1 with 2 x 90x200 cm beds, a bathroom, a shower room with toilet.
Pleasant 800 m² garden with lounge.
Rates include: heating (15 Kwh per day included: any excess to be paid on site to the hosts), bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, towels included. Optional extra: End-of-stay cleaning at €60. Gîte not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Arrival from 12 am and departure at 10 am.
The price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, heating and electricity with a reasonable consumption - if the heating of the gite is electric, you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on the spot to the hosts).
Optional services to be paid on site and booked before arrival:
- Pets: 60.0€ per stay
- End-of-stay cleaning: 63.83€ per stay
