The small 25 m² studio has a magnificent 180° view of the sea and mountains from its 2 large terraces (25m² and 20m²).
Located 450 meters from the beach, a 6-minute walk.
2 minutes from shops and restaurants, and a Spar grocery store 100 meters from the studio.
The studio is equipped with a sofa bed for a couple and a shower room with toilet.
