The entrance opens onto a bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave) and a living room with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a single washbasin, shower cubicle and toilet.

The beach is just 900 meters away, as are the shops in Saint Brevin l'Océan.

This apartment is ideal for a couple with children, and can accommodate up to 3 people. Please note that the sleeping area is not enclosed.

Parking is available inside the property. Please note that there is no washing machine in the studio and that it is equipped with heating.
