Hello,
Far from the campsites and the crowds, just 3kms from the sea, come and enjoy your vacation to the full! This is our charming vacation cottage.
The SWIMMING POOL is PRIVATE and only allocated to the gite.
It's located between the holiday home and our house, and is private. Sometimes we use it, but NEVER while our guests are here, so it's reserved for you.
Pets, ADMITTED under conditions +20€.
Category 1 and 2 DOGS ARE FORBIDDEN
Staffordshire terrier - Pit-bulls - Mastiff - boerbulls - Tosa
All our accommodation is "self-catering".
This means that :
- DRAPS and TOILET TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED (You must provide: fitted sheets + flat sheets + pillowcases)
- HOUSEHOLD is your responsibility for the duration of your stay - It must ABSOLUTELY be done on departure. (even for a single night)
- Linen rental possible: DRAPS + towels: Large bed 15€ and Small bed 10€ (price per stay / Please ask when booking)
- Pillows and blankets provided
- Normally available: Dishwashing liquid / Salt and pepper / Cleaning set / Vacuum cleaner.

Gite "L'OLIVIER" 20m2 apartment (1 bed 140 + 1 sofa bed) Bathroom with shower + hot water + WC
The "Cabane du Pécheur" is a small wooden chalet (3x3m), originally decorated and equipped with 2 twin beds (comfortable new 10cm mattresses) + shower (cold water only).
This cosy little cottage will give your children a "little independent corner" for their enjoyment.
Our gite L'Olivier, with its small wooden chalet, is included in the grounds of our main residence. During the summer we live on site, and can maintain the property and swimming pool.

In front of the bungalow "du pécheur", you have a 50m2 private terrace with trees, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and sunbathing area.
The SWIMMING POOL: it's not an Olympic-size pool! Oval dimensions: 3.30 x 4.00 + beach and waterfall, water depth 1.20m.
(open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., June to end of Sept.)

1 small closed box for bicycles or other equipment.
The entire property is enclosed by a wall and gated.
We are located on the edge of the village, just 3 km from the sea and 1 km from the Canal du Midi.
So when natural charm and contemporary comfort come together, a magical stay is just around the corner...

Note on photos: Some of these are taken with a wide-angle lens, which has the advantage of showing all the rooms, but also gives a false impression of size. Please bear this in mind. (Reminder: L'Olivier 20m2 + Cabane du Pécheur 9m2 for a total surface area of 30m2)
We live on site, so we're at your disposal for any information or help you may need.
(From time to time we use the swimming pool, but we never bathe while our guests are here. The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.)
