Cottage with 2 bedrooms with both en-suite bathrooms in a seaside villageThis spacious detached house (100 m2) has a large living room with a dining-area and an open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. 1 bathroom has a bidet. The master-suite has a double bed and in the other bedroom there are 2 single beds and a desk. Both bedrooms have built-in closets.
On the cozy patios there are table & chairs, a pergola, plants and a barbecue. There are enough free parking places.

Salir do Porto is an ideal place to explore the beautiful Silver Coast. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, cafes, public swimming pool, a small train station and a supermarket. The 2 houses are quietly located but within walking distance (15 minutes) from the bay and the beach of Sao Martinho do Porto. The natural bay is shallow and safe for swimming or practicing all kinds of water sports such as: sailing, canoeing, wind- and kite surfing and fishing. Obidos Lagoon at Foz do Arelho can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Here you can also practice these water sports, plus wave surfing. Besides the beautiful sandy beaches, bay, lagoon and nature, there are also historical / cultural cities and monuments to visit, among others; Obidos, Tomar, Alcobaça, Caldas da Rainha and Nazaré. In about 40 minutes there are several golf courses south of the lagoon. Lisbon and the airport are at 100 km distance.

Esta espaciosa casa unifamiliar (100 m2) tiene un gran salón con zona de comedor y una cocina abierta, que está totalmente equipada. Ambos dormitorios tienen su propio baño en suite con una gran ducha a ras de suelo. 1 baño tiene bidé. La suite principal tiene una cama doble y en el otro dormitorio hay 2 camas individuales y un escritorio. Ambos dormitorios tienen armarios empotrados.
En los patios acogedores hay mesa y sillas, una pérgola, plantas y una barbacoa. Hay suficientes plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas.

Salir do Porto es un lugar ideal para explorar la hermosa Costa de Plata. A poca distancia hay varios restaurantes, cafeterías, piscina pública, una pequeña estación de tren y un supermercado. Las 2 casas tienen una ubicación tranquila pero a poca distancia (15 minutos) de la bahía y la playa de Sao Martinho do Porto. La bahía natural es poco profunda y segura para nadar o practicar todo tipo de deportes acuáticos como: vela, piragüismo, windsurf, kitesurf y pesca. La laguna de Óbidos en Foz do Arelho se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche. Aquí también se pueden practicar estos deportes acuáticos, además del surf de olas. Además de las hermosas playas de arena, bahía, laguna y naturaleza, también hay ciudades históricas/culturales y monumentos para visitar, entre otros; Óbidos, Tomar, Alcobaça, Caldas da Rainha y Nazaré. En unos 40 minutos hay varios campos de golf al sur de la laguna. Lisboa y el aeropuerto están a 100 km de distancia.
