The Gîte de La Goguerie, a private complex with swimming pool, is just what you're looking for. 30 min from Angers, 20 min from La Flèche and its famous Zoo, and 15 min from Baugé and all its shops and services, this large, friendly, independent family gîte is housed in a renovated former farmhouse.
Set over 175m² on 2 levels. On the first floor are :
- A large, bright 70m² living room with lounge, large screen, dining area for 12 people, large high-quality fitted kitchen. The bay window opens directly onto the terrace.
- A 20m² bedroom with dressing room and 160 x 200cm bed.
- A laundry area.
- An independent toilet.
- A beautiful 13m² shower room with 2 basins and a large walk-in shower.
The first floor is reserved for the sleeping area:
- 1 bedroom with 2 90x190cm beds and a 140x190cm bed,
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90x190cm and a bed 140 x 190cm (+ an extra bed for a child 90 x 160cm)
- 1 landing room with a 140 x 190cm BZ bed (soundproofed from the living area, with blinds on the windows)
- 1 bathroom with toilet, bath and washbasin
Air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has a dressing room.
On-site activities: swimming, table soccer, croquet, darts, pétanque, molky, etc.
Outside: 49m² terrace with garden furniture for 12 people, children's games, awning, electric plancha, above-ground pool, 4000m² of private green space. You're likely to spot deer, birds, pheasants, rabbits...

Baugé-en-Anjou: A village of character with a rich historical heritage, including the 17th-century apothecary and the Hôtel Dieu. Parcours aventure 49 (adventure park) 20 min away.
Swimming pool info: dimensions 6.5 x 3 x 1.20 m - Unheated. Open from May to October. Enclosed parking on property. Wifi internet connection. Baby equipment on request: folding bed, nomad seat, changing table, potty. 1 step down to ground-floor bedroom (also accessible via French window from courtyard, no steps). Rates do not include end-of-stay cleaning 120€, bed linen rental 10€ and bathroom linen rental 5€.
