Very pretty apartment with lagoon and sea views for 4 people, in a residence with swimming pool, close to Ile des Loisirs and 230 m from Aqualand and Aquaparc.
One of Cap d'Agde's most beautiful beaches, Plage Rochelongue, with its straw huts and restaurants, is 500 m away.

There is no assigned parking space, but there are private parking spaces in the residence. You will be able to access the parking lot, but we do not guarantee the space.
This apartment comprises a bathroom with shower and washbasin, separate WC, a small fully-equipped kitchen (1 washing machine, 2-burner electric hob, 1 top fridge, toaster, 1 filter coffee maker, 1 mini-oven, 1 microwave), a bedroom with 2 80cm beds and a cabin with an 80cm bed, dining area in the living room, lounge area with TV and sofa bed overlooking the terrace.
Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are provided, as are comforters, pillows and cleaning materials.
TV with French channels only.
The apartment does not have WI-FI, but you can ask the agency for a WI-FI box (5GB per day) at a cost of €7 per day or €39 per week.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
Towels: €10 per person.
Cot rental: €15 per week.

Departure cleaning is at your charge. If you wish to take the cleaning package for this apartment, it is at the rate of 75 €. Cleaning NOT carried out ("surprise" cleaning) or poorly carried out, a supplement of 50 € will be charged.
