The villa La Rocalla in Moraira is a beautiful villa built in a characteristic Mediterranean style, surrounded by native vegetation and where you can relax in a relaxed and beautiful atmosphere. It has 3 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 people and is perfect for lovers of the authentic Mediterranean.
Layout of the villa:
With 198 m2 of living space, the villa is distributed over two floors connected by a beautiful interior staircase. From the entrance, a pleasant hall leads to a large living-dining room with TV area, large white sofas, air conditioning and a large table for lunch or dinner inside the villa. A fully equipped and independent kitchen with a small laundry room. A complete bathroom, a bedroom with double bed and airco and a second bedroom with double bed and airco. Going up the internal stairs, we access the main bedroom of the villa with double bed, full bathroom, air conditioning and a nice private terrace where to relax on a nice evening.
