Magnificent traditional chalet for 10 people in old wood and stone, 185 m² on 3 levels, with 5 bedrooms and a large south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture. Situated in a quiet, residential area with views of the Aravis mountain range, the La Balme ski area and the Beauregard massif. Private parking at the foot of the chalet and in the basement (5 spaces).

Additional description:
Main floor
Spacious, bright living room with dining table for 12, open-plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle), sitting area with sofa, TV and magnificent fireplace. Terrace access from the living room. On this floor is a double bedroom (bedroom 1) with private terrace and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate toilet with washbasin on this floor.
Upper floor
Upstairs, the hall leads to 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and washbasin, a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC, and a separate WC.
Opposite you are two bedrooms with double beds and south-facing balcony access (bedrooms 2 and 3), the first bedroom on the right as you leave the staircase has a double bed on the north side (bedroom 4), then on your left as you leave the staircase is a bedroom on the east side with two single beds (bedroom 5).
Basement
Access to the chalet is via the large basement parking lot, which leads to the chalet's main staircase (access to the upper floors).
In the basement you'll find a hall with a bench and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
