This stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse in Guardamar offers space for 5 people ( 5th person = child). The kitchen is fully equipped and the cosy living area gives direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun and a large roof terrace where you can soak up the sun all day.
Both terraces overlook the pool... Your children play in the pool while you can keep a close and close eye on them.
Because of its quiet location in a beautiful gated urbanisation, with low-rise villa blocks with only 1 or 2 floors, 2 large swimming pools, wellness and jacuzzi (closed between 15 June and 15 September), children's playground, gym and beautifully landscaped gardens, you will totally unwind on the Spanish Costa!
