Location:
This attractive country house is located in a beautiful location, with quick and good access to the beaches of Binibeca and Binisafúa (less than 5 minutes by car) and Punta Prima (10 minutes by car). In addition, it is located just 3km from the town of Sant Lluís, and 5km from Mahón, the capital, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and businesses.
Exterior area:
The outdoor area of this property is very spacious, has a lot of charm and has a beautiful garden. The pool (4m x 8.5m) is surrounded by sandstone flooring and there are also large areas of grass around it. It has different rest areas, all comfortable and well furnished. On the porch of the living room there is a table with chairs to eat in the shade, and two areas with comfortable furniture to relax. Additionally, in the pool area, there is another porch with a table with benches and a barbecue.
Inside:
The decoration is taken care of down to the last detail, with comfortable and quality furniture.
This home is divided into two units, the main house and the annex, with the following distribution:
Ground Floor Main House: large living room (very bright due to having windows on two sides), typical Menorcan kitchen with table and chairs for dining, 1 toilet near the kitchen and laundry room, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, a small living room from which you access 1 twin bedroom and 1 double room (150cm). These two bedrooms share 1 full bathroom.
First Floor Main House: 1 double bedroom (180cm) with a small terrace with beautiful views of the countryside and sea, with a large dressing room and a complete en-suite bathroom with two different shower and bathtub units.
Annex next to the pool: small kitchen, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
