Sarroch is a commune of 5,000 inhabitants, situated 45 m above sea level and 25 km from Cagliari, the regional capital of Sardinia. Its economy is based mainly on farming, tourism and the processing of energy products with a high environmental value.
In addition to its rich maritime and mid-mountain landscapes, the commune boasts a rich archaeological and monumental heritage, with numerous Nuraghes including the famous "Sa Domu e S'Orcu" (2500 BC) and "Antigori" (1800 BC), as well as the Spanish towers of "Punta Zavorra" and "del Diavolo" (16th century) on the seafront, and monuments of great architectural quality such as the historic Villa d'Orri and the bourgeois Villa Siotto.
Beyond the residential and tourist area of the commune's seafront, at Perd'è Sali and Porto Colombu, there are numerous beaches and remarkable sites all along the island's south-eastern coast.
Well away from the main summer tourist influxes, it also offers a peaceful, economical quality of life that combines proximity to everyday needs with a wide range of activities, especially during the summer months.

Air conditioning (except for the second bedroom, which has a fan in summer) and heating are provided throughout the house.
The 120 m2 outdoor areas include: an enclosed car parking space inside and additional parking at the entrance, a terrace with pergola and sitting area.
