Enjoy and live a unique experience staying in a small oasis in the historic center of Sanlúcar. The house is very special, a unique space with lots of light, swimming pool, garden and garage. The building is an old cellar that was rehabilitated and transformed into two houses in 2017. In the heart of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, just a few meters from the famous Plaza del Cabildo and a 15-minute walk from the beach. In the historic center, in the heart of Sanlúcar, the house is surrounded by all the tourist attractions, tapas bars, food markets, monuments and the good vibes of the local population.

The house is housed in a magnificent old 18th-century building, which used to be a family winery. It was rehabilitated in 2017, combining the traditional aspect of the building with a modern, minimalist architectural style, to make two unique houses: one house per floor. Our house occupies the first floor, it's a loft type, with a modern design and very open spaces.

It's a cool house, perfect for summer, as well as being air-conditioned and heated. It sleeps 4. It has two double bedrooms:1.- Master bedroom: with a double bed and a mini studio-style mezzanine with a single sofa bed accessible by stairs, as on boats. A large window opens onto the landscaped patio.

2 - Second bedroom: located on the second floor, this room features two single beds and can be accessed from the living room by climbing a few stairs. This mezzanine bedroom opens onto the living room.

The house has a bathroom with shower and another WC outside. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with very high ceilings and an integrated kitchen with a separating peninsula. The kitchen is very well equipped. Large windows lead from the living room to the garden patio, where you'll find the swimming pool and a large dining table.

The outdoor patio and pool are reserved for private use by our guests, although they are the access point for both houses. The laundry room is located in the communal area. The stairs to the neighboring house leave from our terrace.

The first-floor neighbor has a small, well-behaved, non-barking dog, which always enters and leaves the house on a leash accompanied by its owner. The pool is self-cleaning, but there will be times when we will have to go into the outdoor spaces to maintain and water the plants and maintain the pool. The outdoor patio and pool are for the private use of our guests only, although they are the access point for both houses. The laundry room is located in the communal area. The stairs to the neighboring house leave from our terrace.

In winter, the pool is full but may not be in perfect condition, and the plants and flowers in the courtyard are not so beautiful in winter, their splendor and colors brightening with the arrival of spring.

OFFICIAL RESERVE REGISTRATION Spanish law requires all adults over 17 to be registered. To formalize the reservation, you must provide official identification for all adults staying in the house. This must be completed before the date of entry in order to gain access to the house.

NO SMOKING in accommodation or communal areas

SECURITY: Make sure the main door is always closed.

HELP YOURSELF with the energy crisis by ensuring that EVERYTHING is switched off when you are not in the apartment.

Take care of the apartment: Don't leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition in which you found it.

DO NOT host parties, disturb other guests or play loud music.

- Failure to return lost or mislaid keys will incur a charge which will be deducted from the security deposit of €60 for each set of keys.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in sanctions and eviction.
