Pleasant and comfortable apartment, recently renovated with a capacity of 5 people, it has a living room and integrated kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed) and a bathroom with a shower. We're located in the center of the old town. It retains its charm, with small streets and many of them pedestrianized, so it's somewhat difficult to get to the apartment by car.

You'll be staying in a bright, modern and fully-equipped apartment in the historic center of Jerez, in a great location just a stone's throw from the city's main tourist attractions. You'll be able to enjoy the historic center of Jerez de la Frontera, its proximity to emblematic neighborhoods such as González Byass, Jerez Cathedral, the San Mateo district, the Alcázar de Jerez, and more. All within a few meters of the apartment, you can enjoy the city's multitude of recreational offerings, flamenco, gastronomy, wineries and monuments.

Rue Francos boasts a large number of distinguished houses, preserving an Almohad urbanism and interesting medieval architecture despite subsequent renovations. It currently comprises two sections, one pedestrian, which starts at Plaza Plateros, and another that allows motorized traffic at the Sala Compañía, and ends at Plaza de San Juan. Its origins lie as one of the main vertebrae of Andalusian urban planning in Jerez, as it linked Puerta Real and Puerta de Santiago. Take care of the apartment: Don't leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition in which you found it.

DO NOT host parties, disturb other guests or play loud music.
