Comfortable apartment for 4 people with bright living room and two balconies overlooking the main street. It is located in the famous Alameda de Hercules, just a 15-minute walk from the cathedral. First-floor apartment without elevator in a restored Sevillian house. Very quiet area, bedroom indoors, making it ideal for a good night's rest. Quality new mattresses. Perfect for couples, family and friends. Its elegant, authentic furnishings and marble floors make it a warm and comfortable floor.
It features air conditioning, Internet connection, central heating, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery, hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster and everything you need to prepare all your meals in comfort.
The bedroom has two comfortable single beds, with space to store your belongings. It also has a fantastic terrace where you can relax after an intense day of sightseeing. Just a 15-minute walk from the Cathedral, you'll be able to get to know all of Seville's history. Don't wait to spend a dream vacation! OFFICIAL RESERVE REGISTRATION Spanish law obliges and requires all adults over 17 to be registered. To formalize the reservation, you must provide official identification for all adults staying in the house. This must be completed before the date of entry in order to gain access to the apartment.
PETS ON REQUESTYou must always ask and inform us in advance of the breed and age of your pet. We will accept your pet according to its breed, size and age, and will apply a small daily supplement. Any damage or extra cleaning will be charged to the customer.
NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT OR COMMON AREAS
SECURITY: Make sure the main door is always closed.
Remember to turn off the air conditioning/heating when you are not in the apartment. HELP YOURSELF tackle the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is switched off when you're not in the apartment.
Take care of the apartment: Don't leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition in which you found it.
DO NOT host parties, disturb other guests or play loud music.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in sanctions and eviction.
