EVA RECOMMANDE invites you to stay in our bright, modern three-bedroom apartment in the San Lorenzo district. The apartment is on the second floor of the building and does not have an elevator. The apartment has a surface area of 125 m2 so you can enjoy your stay in a spacious, comfortable and bright space, as it has large windows overlooking the outside and allowing the apartment to benefit from excellent natural light.
It is distributed into a living room, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a dining table, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds, both with private bathroom equipped with shower, hand soap, gel and shampoo.
Finally, a third room becomes a charming independent studio with a double bedroom, sofa bed, small built-in kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment is also equipped with heating, centralized air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection. OFFICIAL RESERVE REGISTRATION Spanish law obliges and requires all adults over 17 to be registered. To formalize the reservation, you must provide official identification for all adults staying in the house. This must be completed before the date of entry in order to gain access to the apartment.
PETS ON REQUESTYou must always ask and inform us in advance of the breed and age of your pet. We will accept your pet according to its breed, size and age, and will apply a small daily supplement. Any damage or extra cleaning will be charged to the customer.
NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT OR COMMON AREAS
SECURITY: Make sure the main door is always closed.
Remember to turn off the air conditioning/heating when you are not in the apartment. HELP YOURSELF tackle the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is switched off when you're not in the apartment.
Take care of the apartment: Don't leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition in which you found it.
DO NOT host parties, disturb other guests or play loud music.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in sanctions and eviction.
