Welcome to "La Maison
La Maison, very comfortable and of high standing, very spacious (235m2 with air conditioning in main room) - 7 bedrooms on two floors, 3 bathrooms including one with bath, 3 WCs, on 1,750 m2 of wooded grounds with terrace to front and rear, outdoor parking for 2 vehicles - children's play portico with swing. The house is located in the heart of Montalivet (700 m from the market and 500 m from the sea). Access to the sea is via a pine forest (only one road to cross near the sea). The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac on the edge of the pine forest, so there's no traffic or noise. It's surrounded by pine trees and on the edge of a pine forest.

- 500 meters from the sea (by exiting La Maison on the right, access to the sea is possible via the pine forest - only the coastal road needs to be crossed)(see photos in the "Surroundings" section)
- 700 meters from the main street and Montalivet market (you can walk or cycle to the center, where cafés and restaurants are located)
- one of the largest buildings in the historic center of Montalivet - two-storey house (which is rare) and 1,750 square meters of land (unusual in the historic center). The house is built in the middle of the plot - so there's enough space between it and the other neighboring houses to preserve privacy.
- at the end of a tree-lined cul-de-sac with no traffic (even at market hours), allowing children to play/cycle in the street (without any safety concerns)
- in a peaceful, wooded environment - next to a pine forest (opposite and on the left of the house) (there's no traffic, no noise, you're in the middle of the pines)
- close to the new skateboard track for children and teenagers and the team sports area on the beach run by the "CAP 33" association - whose activities are free of charge - as well as the pine forest (a large play area where children can build wooden huts)
The house has been completely renovated in 2019 - all bedding is new, bathrooms, toilets and kitchen are new - all equipment is new, as is the interior decoration.
