The apartment is an ideal choice for both sightseeing and business. Nestled in the heart of Metz city center, in a quiet street opposite the former granaries (now inactive), it offers exceptional proximity, less than 5 minutes' walk from Metz's main tourist attractions and a 20-minute walk from the train station.
You can easily enjoy the city's charming terraces, stroll through the historic center with its stores and museums, or relax by the lake. A parking space, just a few minutes' walk away, is available free of charge for the duration of your stay.
The accommodation, which is entirely private during your reservation, is a well-equipped studio comprising a bright living room with a double bed, a kitchenette (microwave oven, hob, fridge) and a bathroom with shower. A washing machine is available for medium- and long-term stays. Suitable for business needs, it is also equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection and a large TV for your comfort.
Beds are made up on arrival with hotel-quality linen supplied by Rock in Share, ensuring your comfort. The first physical entry to the premises is possible from 4pm, and departure must be no later than 11am on the day of your departure.
