Located on the second floor of a Majorelle-style townhouse, come and enjoy Nancy and its amenities in comfort and serenity. Rue Poincaré is a very popular street with locals for its beautiful apartments and its proximity to the train station and freeway by car. A total of three apartments are available for rent in the house, sleeping a maximum of 12 and bookable together directly on the Rock in Share website.
This large apartment with bath and terrace is ideal for families and groups of friends.
A laundry room and a gym in the basement will be available during your stay.
Beds are made up on arrival. For your comfort, Rock in Share provides hotel-quality linen.
The first physical entry to the premises is from 4pm and departure must be by 11am at the latest on the day of your departure.
Arrival is on your own. Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive our house guide by e-mail, which will give you access (once you have pre-registered) to all the information you need to access the apartment very easily: how to get there, the key box code, etc.
