Situated at an altitude of 1,800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood-and-stone residence offering magnificent panoramic views over the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding mountains.
Right in the geographic center of Les Orres 1800 resort, it's ideally located opposite the tourist office, the ESF and ESI offices, and just a few steps from the trailheads and hiking trails. The day-care center is also just a few hundred meters away, where you can drop off your piou-pious.
You'll find modern, comfortable accommodation ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with balconies overlooking the valley or the slopes and summits.
Le Balcon des Airelles boasts an indoor heated swimming pool for non-skiers of all ages. The pool is open only in season, this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024 and this winter from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025.
The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rent if required.
This 70 m², east-facing, 4-room duplex apartment is set back slightly from the main square of Les Orres 1800 for a quiet stay.
It is accessible from the main entrance of the building via elevator 1.
It features an entrance hall with storage space, a living room with sofa bed, a dining room - fitted kitchen, three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath) and a balcony with views of the resort and surrounding mountains.
Sleeping facilities include a 140x190cm sofa bed in the living room, a 140x190cm double bed in the downstairs bedroom, a 140x190cm double bed and an 80x190cm single bed in the first upstairs bedroom, and a 140x190cm double bed and a second TV in the second upstairs bedroom, for a total capacity of 9 people.
You'll be less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, as well as from the start of the ski slopes, and in summer just a few hundred meters from mountain bike trails and the first footpaths.
